In-house testing Capabilities

Utilizing the SPECTROPORT CCD provides the portability, flexibility and performance required for modern on-site metals testing. The SPECTROPORT CCD is arc and spark source capable. In the spark source, 100% quality control is possible with rapid pass/fail sorting mode. For routine PMI applications, the arc mode also provides alloy identification in just a couple of seconds. due to the increasing demands, expanding analytical capabilities to test new metal types is simply a matter of updating the software. in addition our SNT-TC-1A qualified personnel perform thorough liquid penetrant examination, brinell hardness testing, and ultrasonic thickness verification. if additional testing is required, independent laboratories and engineers are available to perform further industry tests.
